About me / about the space…

I am the primary tenant of an updated 2-bedroom apartment looking to rent out the second bedroom (114 sq. ft.), which is currently furnished. The common/shared areas of the apartment have ample room and are furnished in a modern aesthetic. The balcony serves as an additional 100 sq. ft. oasis with room to store a bike if needed. The building includes a gym, an indoor pool, and a 360-degree rooftop deck with stunning views of downtown Toronto and Lake Ontario. Parking and storage are also available.

I am a mid-forties professional. My home office is currently in the living/dining room (this can be partitioned off or can change), and I occupy the primary bedroom. I am looking for a regular roommate on a full-time or part-time basis, or potentially one-to-two subtenants interested in a pied-à-terre* situation for anywhere from 10 to 20 days per month each.

There is one bathroom – therefore, individual inquiries are preferred. A couple (or two friends) sharing the second bedroom would not be practical on an on-going basis; however, will be considered for the part-time / pied-à-terre options.
