Have 1 bedroom *Queen size bed* for rent (maybe 2 bedrooms depending on who applies) in a 3 bedroom house in Normandy Heights area (by the airport). Looking for someone to move in now till end of June (30 days). Can't stay longer than June.

Is is a newly renovated house in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

New appliances (fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, washer, dryer)

Bathroom has a bidet toilet (shoots warm water at your butt to clean it) with a heated seat!

Bathroom also has a heated towel rack

Utilities are included in price.

Kitchen and bathroom are shared.

Im a 33 year old electrician at the Coop Refinery and work night shift. I am the only other person living there. You will have the house to yourself in the evenings and nights. I have no kids or pets. I am looking for a quiet and CLEAN roommate.
