Room available for a girl for 3 or 3.5 months!

Sharing Room availability in a basement only for girls in Scarborough from 15th of October till 1st of February!
I am looking for an Indian girl ( preferrably a punjabi but if not its fine) to share a room in a basement with me fromOctober till 1st February,

I have been living in this basement for 3 years now and I haven't faced any major problem since then.
There's 2 rooms and 1 den with 2 washrooms, and a laundry room. There's also a storage room for luggage and a closet for jackets and a shared kitchen.
The owner is from Rajasthan completely helpful and understanding. Nearest station is Victoria park station and there's 2 bus stations near the house or else there's a walk for just 10 mints to the station.
The basement is quite spacious and specially the kitchen and it completely furnished with everything.
