Woman in her 40's looking to rent a room in a 2 bedroom basement suite in Collingwood NW Calgary starting June 1st. Damage deposit is equal to 1 months rent and is due at the time of signing the lease. Length of lease negotiable. RENT INCLUDES: ALL UTILITIES AND WIFI!!!! No surprises. Laundry is free and in-suite. Room is partially furnished with a double bed and is a good size. It is the larger of the 2 bedrooms. Move in date will be June 1st or later. Male or Female I can live with either. No Pets.
My current Roommate traveled by transit to and from SAIT daily and he says it took very little time. Transit stops in front of the property and the bus goes to the LRT 5 minutes away at North Hill Mall. Easy access to Downtown Calgary. Parking available on street.
