I am renting a private room in a shared house. Room is on upper level. Everything is included in rent but the wifi i.e., 20$ a month. This place is very close to University of Manitoba (Chancellor Drive).
There is bus stop near by and a shopping plaza with multiple stores and food restaurants providing you with everything that you might be looking for. For instance it has subway, burrito places and shopping stores.
This place offers parking on street or on drive way. It has a yard in the back as well to play in summers. Overall the place is very quiet and chill that could be suitable for a student or a working professional.
