We are currently looking for a roommate/housemate that is respectful, quiet, and clean. Our house is located at 49 Thatcher Drive, which is 10 mins away from the University of Manitoba. The bus stop is 5 mins away within walking distance.

Details about the room:
- Room is furnished and it is a master bedroom. So quite spacy! (Bed/mattress (kingsized), table, chair, etc are included).
- Rent is $722.5. ALL utilities are included except internet, which is $16.25.
- The room will be available starting on January 1st (feel free to contact me if you want to move at an earlier date)
