To whom this may concern, My name is Jay, I’m a 34 year old male who works full time around 40 hours a week. Previous roommates would say I’m very respectful to others, I respect boundaries, I clean up after my self and clean my dishes after I cook always and I pay my rent on time. I’m pretty quiet when I’m at home. To unwind from work I’ll usually just make supper, go to my room and watch a show or sporting event. I don’t smoke cigarettes, I do like to vape my weed. I can do that outdoors no worries. I’m not much of a drinker. I’m cool with pets, dogs, cats or both. I grew up in Toronto with many dogs and cats.
