Private room for rent in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment, overlooking centennial park, on the border of Mississauga and Etobicoke. Building is right across from transit stops, with a direct 12 min bus ride to Kipling station. Safe and secure building, with mostly families residing - the apartment is on the 10th floor, with great views of centennial park and CN tower, with lots of trails close by. Grocery store, Starbucks, all essential amenities are available in mall across from the building as well. Pet friendly, however allergic to cats. The room is furnished with a study desk, single bed, and some other furniture.

Looking share the apartment only with individuals who are LGBTQ friendly. I’m respectful and easy going, and a hospitality professional. I have a small beagle dog with an ex, who is sometimes over to visit. Rent is $750 internet (shared).

Room is available for single occupancy. Move in date will be Sept 1st, however room can be available sooner if required, as it is currently unoccupied.
