I am looking for a quiet student or single professional to rent a bedroom in my house in Wolseley. The room is unfinished and will be available December 1. The rent is $850 per month, utilities and wifi included.
Alternatively, I am open to someone who wants to rent two rooms in the house - one to use as a bedroom and one to use as an office/hang out space. One room is 11' x 9' and the other is 9' x 8.5'. The total cost for both rooms would be $1250, utilities and wifi included.
The location is ideal for students and working folks: it is fifteen minutes from the University of Winnipeg, Polo Park mall and downtown. The house is steps from the Wolseley Avenue bike route, a five-minute walk from major bus routes on Portage Avenue, a ten-minute walk from Omand Park, and a fifteen-minute walk from Tall Grass Prairie bakery on Westminster Avenue. The Scotiabank movie theatre is less than ten minutes away, and there is a 7-Eleven at the end of the street. Enjoy the calm and quiet of Wolseley with easy access to all of the convenient amenities.
