This room includes on-site parking and a plugin for your truck or car. The house also has unlimited internet, central air, and a backyard deck you can suntan on. The kitchen has a brand new dishwasher(you need to provide your own soap pods) but if you prefer to do them by hand dish soap is provided. This room also includes a beautiful three-piece bathroom, your own fridge, and bamboo flooring in the Living room. The living room also comes with a 50-inch Roku T.V. which has free channels and the ability to sign in to your streaming services and is for your use only. Leather seating is also provided and is yours alone to use with a nice leather ottoman to put your feet up. Smoking is allowed either on the back deck or in designated areas out front. The kitchen and Ice are shared with two other tenants but the fridge is for your use only. There is also a shared small workout area upstairs.
