I’m the homeowner (young professional), living in one of the rooms/office for now, but I’ll be out of the country for most of November through February.

New kitchen fully stocked with all appliances, dishes, cutlery, and more.
Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Spacious living room with a 55'' TV, Netflix, and Prime included.
Parking: 2 parking spots at the back of the house free street parking available.
What’s Included:

Heat, hot water, electricity, and internet – all utilities included in rent.
Minimum stay: 3 months, then month-to-month with 1-month notice.
