Room for rent in quiet home for male resident.

This is the upper floor which has kitchen, laundry and bathroom with private entrance separate from lower level.
The rental is for a 1 year lease.
There is one other male tenant across the hall.

Parking , internet , cable tv available at an extra cost

I will need references and proof of employment or sufficient documentation to prove you can pay the rent on time and in full.

Must be clean respectful and responsible adult with common sense.
I’ve had problems with tenants in the past I don’t need that again.

If you smoke that’s ok but the damage deposit will not be refunded if the room has smoke smell or damage.
Loud noise from tv or music must not continue past 11pm as this is not a party house.

I’m strict in regards to the lease agreement. I am offering a safe secure quiet living space for a tenant who will respect the rules.
