$800/month (single occupant commuter rate)

The home is clean, bright and pet/ smoke free with Central Air conditioning cable and high speed internet. All utilities are included. The home is shared with myself (commuter) and 1 other long term commuter. Expectations are for you to be clean, mature and respectful as well.

This is a Non party, No drama, quiet, non smoking, respectful environment for someone who is like minded.
