Bedroom photos available upon request. Plenty of space for any size bed, 2-3 dressers and a desk. Closet. AC unit included for summer weather.

I have a bed frame available if needed. Not providing mattress. Bedroom will be empty.

Backyard space for barbeque etc.
1 parking spot available.

Deposit required (1 months worth), returned at end of stay. Preferably university student or young adult to take my place for the time shown.
