Landlord lives in the home and is easy going but prefers a tenant who is sensible when it comes to having friends over. This would suit a student (easy access to transit for U of T and Durham College campus). Also open to any age group or occupation, if the right fit. Landlord references preferable and background check is necessary.

Please note there is a friendly cat in the home.

The home is comfortable and cozy, with a feeling of respite in the countryside, while being in the bustling City of Pickering, right next to Toronto. It is also only a 30 minute walk or 5 minute Uber ride to the Go Train station.
