It is on the bottom floor where you have access through the building and to the street of 128th Ave. $650 including utilities with a $650 damage deposit. no cigarette smoking in the house . House rules is to keep shared areas clean and respect the space and others in home. I have a small havamalt puppy included in pictures. Roomate has to be pet friendly.
