- Houses 5 people - Current Residents: 4 UOttawa 4th and 3rd year students, 3 male, 1 female. 1 very cool cat. We have lived in this house for 3 years now, all good friends.
- Shared Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, living room, laundry, and balcony. 1 shower and 2 bathrooms shared among 4 people. (1 roommate has a private ensuite)
- Basement used for storage
- Heat, AC, and Hydro included with rent. Additional charge for wifi <$20/month

ABOUT THE ROOM:
- Roughly 8ft x 9ft (see last 2 photos attached), comfortably fits a double bed, desk and dresser.
- First room after entering the house, easy to come and go, adjacent to living room.
- Well lit and well ventilated
