1 large furnished bedroom with private bathroom for rent in Redwater. Room/bathroom are located in the basement of our split level home. Lots of big windows for natural light, direct access to basement from front entrance. Wifi, TV with Apple TV and bar fridge are provided. Shared kitchen and laundry. You will have access to street parking, use of large backyard and gas bbq. Restaurants, groceries etc are within walking distance. Must be employed and have references. No pets. $700 a month includes utilities. 

PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE for rotation workers who would only require part time living here each month (1:1, 2:2, 3:1 etc) 
*Must like dogs as we have 2 bulldogs who live on the main floor (They do not have access to basement living area)
