The room has a 60' 4k smart tv set and a couch (may be removed if not wanted). There is a small fridge and portable tables and chairs available if desired. Laundry next to the room, Wifi and utilities included.
Requirements are: non smoking of any kind inside, no loud music and late parties, basic cleanness.
There are two other occupants (me and my high school son). We are Caucasians. Friendly to people from other cultures. We cook and the kitchen is decently equipped.
