Rent: $1,090 (utilities included in rent).
Furniture: The bedroom is not furnished, but everything else is.
Laundry: In-unit.
Parking: Available at an additional cost through the landlord.
Pets: I already have a cat who loves people but is very afraid of other animals, so no pets.
Accessibility: It's a second floor unit with a separate entrance up three flights of stairs and no elevator, so unfortunately not accessible.
No smoking or vaping.
