IMPORTANT: I am a smoker and there is smoking in the home. I smoke on the main floor, while the bedrooms are upstairs. If cigarette smoke bothers you, this probably won't be the right home for you. Smokers are welcome.

I am still getting the basement set up. If someone is interested in moving in early and helping with the setup, I am willing to discuss taking some money off the rent in exchange for helping.
