Keep the place neat and tidy.

No guests/boyfriend/girlfriend night overs allowed (only 2 hours visit allowed).
No pets.
No parties i.e. drinking/smoking.
First and Last month rent, $50 key deposit in advance.
Minimum 2 months notice before leaving.
