I have 1 room available for rent in the Fairview area for $750. Looking for a roommate who is employed, mature, responsible, clean, quiet and non-smoking. This is a room for 1 person not 2. This location is very close to Transit and Chinook mall. Prefer someone who works regular work hours 8-4, not night shifts. Also you would be sharing with 2 other females upstairs so fridge space is somewhat limited.
