We are currently looking to rent to a FEMALE who possess the following qualities: gainfully employed, no partying, no smoking indoors (outdoor is acceptable), no pets (roommates with allergies), no excess amount of visitors, clean and tidy, and conscious of cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen and around the house. We are looking to rent out the room for $1,000 dollars. This will include the following:

• Central heat and A/C
• In-suite laundry
• Gas stove and 2 fridges (so everyone has their space)
