This Bright Clean room is situated perfectly as it is near THE GUILDWOOD Go Station, Kennedy Subway station via the 116 and several other bus routes, all the major arteries if you drive, the 401 / 404, Kingston Road, the University of Toronto Scarborough campus, Centennial college, etc. etc.

The bedroom is freshly painted and well appointed with a functioning window. There is a double door closet with plenty of shelving, and built in closets as well. The twin bed is 42 inches wide.

Home is 3 Kilometers away from the 401 and the college campuses, a short bus ride or a nice morning walk from the Guild. Kennedy subway station is a 12 minute bus ride away via the 116, and the Guildwood GO station is a ten minute walk away.

The 116 bus stop is about 800 meters and an 8 minute walk away. This bus goes to and from the Kennedy subway station. Several other nearby bus lines (about 15 minutes on the 54, 86, 354, 954, etc. from Kennedy subway station) run on Kingston road or Lawrence Avenue as well. ALL ALL ALL amenities nearby. Quiet safe crescent with a gorgeous park backing onto the property. Community Center with ice rink and swimming pool nearby. Churches and Public library nearby. All major shopping stores nearby as well. Beachfront / lake and trail access a 10 minute walk from here. Very safe neighborhood.
Room for rent is on the basement level of a raised bungalow. There is a full bathroom and a kitchenette, which is shared with the other tenants.
Rent includes street parking, internet, utilities so it is all inclusive. This is a NON Smoking NON Vaping environment. Everyone has severe allergies to cats and dogs that shed, so I have posted NO PETS.
Minimum stay is two months, first ($735) and last ($735) months rent required before occupancy can commence.
