Subleasing. This room will be available May first but there’s a possibility to move in sooner depending of when I vacate. The lease ends in August and there is an option to renew with the property manager for a longer stay. This is a mixed gender house and this rooms bathroom is only shared with one other tenant. Electricity, heating, water and wifi are all included as well as a private parking spot in the driveway.
