I would like to stress I am looking for one ideal person. This means ONE person, not a family or significant other. This is non negotiable.

Next to room there is a separate room for storage space.

LOCATION is Dixie Road , one block North of Williams Parkway, Brampton.

BASEMENT suite includes shared bathroom and kitchen with separate fridges and plenty of cupboard space. There’s also a new washing machine and drier.

UTILITIES are included along with free wifi

Neighbourhood is clean and quiet with all the amenities nearby including bus stops on Dixie Road.

PARKING is unavailable.

Myself, I’m easy to get along while respecting other people’s space. During the summer months, I work as a professional musician while holding down my day job.

Rent is 1000 a month with first and last. Proof of income and I.D will be required. Lease is 12 months.
