This bedroom (comes with your own washroom!) for rent is fully furnished, has a very comfy bed and a closet and a window, on the 2nd floor of a big house, shared with a few other tenants that also have their own bedroom washroom. Asking $800 per month, which includes utilities, so just the flat fee $800 per month, and we are flexible on the safety deposit payment plan. The shared house means you get to use fancy appliances in the laundry room and the kitchen, plenty of storage spaces as well in the shared areas. There is a big backyard as well and parking on the driveway or in front of the house is fine too. There are cats and 2 small chihuahuas, so this place is pet friendly. There is also a shared family room and living room area, if you want to watch TV or lounge around, but we also respect the privacy of your bedroom.
