My very well-kept 2-bedroom condominium in the Larch area is on a quiet street between downtown and the Canmore Golf Course, each only a few blocks away. With the majestic mountains, creek and Bow River being so very close, wildlife can often be found nearby.
MONTHLY RATE: $1,200 plus $185 for utilities for a total of $1,385; This includes a fully furnished above-ground bedroom (10’x11’ plus large closet), and shared bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining room. Laundry facilities, and all utilities / wireless internet are included. Street parking is available. The security deposit will be the equivalent of 1 month’s rent.
