I'm renting out a spacious, bright room in a fantastic location. The plaza has everything you need right at your doorstep. There's a grocery store that not only has fresh produce but also serves delicious ready-to-eat meals. You'll find multiple restaurants to suit any craving, convenience stores for those quick stops, and beautiful nature walks to enjoy some fresh air.

The room comes furnished and gets tons of sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I'm looking for someone who is:
- Quiet and doesn't work from home
- Easy-going, super clean, and organized
- Doesn't cook too often
- Respectful

- I work from home
- I have two kids who visit during the week at different times
- I enjoy being active, spirituality, anime, games, movies, and travel
- I'm laid back and easy-going

Another thing to note that I will be replacing the current bed with a full twin or king size bed. The unit is up for rent for 1-3 months with the possibility of extending. Includes utilities.
