Looking for someone to take over my lease in this big bedroom, in a shared apartment

*Location*: Parc Extension, close to both the *blue line*(Parc) and *orange line* (Jean Talon) metro stations. Very near to the bus spot 80 that takes directly to dowtown.
*Adress*: 7467 Avenue de l'Épée
*Details:* Private room in a large shared house with two male roommates (colocs). The house is big, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable living space.
*Rent*: $628/month (all included except for Hydro). Hydro is approximately *$60* every two months in winter and *$30* in summer.
️ The room is already furnished.
Laundry in the unit
*Availability* : January 1 to end of July (with the option to renew).


I love the place and neighnorhood as they are everything around, just moving because I will live alone now.
