The condo is about 1000 square feet, fully furnished and features a beautiful gourmet kitchen complete with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, two full bathrooms, in-suite laundry and storage, a large balcony, and large windows throughout the condo that face East, South and West which provide spectacular views of the entire city, downtown and the mountains! The bedroom for rent has a fantastically comfortable queen size memory foam bed, large South and West facing windows, desk, large closet and your own bathroom. Currently there are no pets in the home but I might be open to a small pet. The building has a large 24 hour exercise room, bicycle storage and is located only 3 blocks from the C-train, 6 blocks from trendy 17th Ave SW and right beside the Midtown Coop grocery store. Parking is not included, but there are many people renting stalls in the complex. I'm ok with short-term or long-term. I tend to travel a lot so it's like having a part-time flatmate.
