We are 3 roommates looking for a 4th to rent out the basement bedroom. We are Carleton students. 10-15 bike or drive to campus. Bus stop 5 min walk from house.

The house has 2 bathrooms (1 shower)

It was unfurnished however the 3 of us have it furnished other than the room for rent.

Rent for the basement room is 757.50 utilities. (can be between 80-150 depending on season)

The lease is 12 months. May-may.

We are clean, responsible and outgoing male students.
