I'm renting one room in a three bed, one bath, two level apartment located at 450 MacLaren Street. All utilities are included (water, gas, electric, and Wi-Fi), and I take care of major cleaning.

I will be relocating out of province for school by September, so there is an option to continue to sublet, take over the lease, or find new apartment. This could be ideal for students leaving residence for the Summer and returning to school in the Fall :o).

If preferred, I can add a bookshelf and desk to the room, but it is currently unfurnished. All other necessities including seating, kitchen supplies, and a television are in the common area. Plus lots of plants, and South facing windows!

The current occupants are myself (30, agender), a male senior, and friendly cats. I don't want to limit pets, but please understand if there are animals incompatible with cats I will not be able to accommodate.

Unit is available immediately no deposit necessary, first month's rent is required upon agreement to move-in.
