It is a 2 floor condo, room is upstairs. Shared bathroom and kitchen with young couple. Laundry is ensuite. There is also gym in building. Almost right at intersection of Jane and Sheppard, less than 5 min walk to Jane or sheppard TTC. Multiple supermarkets, and mall nearby.

Looking for quiet, clean female who is student or working full time and preferably doesn't do too much cooking. Room will be furnished with bed before move in unless not required. Utilities, cable, gym, laundry and internet is included. Must be comfortable with dog since we have one. Only need ID and first and last.
