Room 1 - $875/month, WIFI and utilities included. The tenant in this room will need to share a bathroom with another tenant. This room is unfurnished. This tenant will have to share a fridge with one other tenant.

Room 2 - $1375/month , WIFI and utilities included. This is the master bedroom, with a walk in closet and has it's own bathroom. This room is unfurnished, but there is a desk available to use. This room also receives it's own fridge in the kitchen.

Parking - This is available for those who drive. There is enough space for one car to fit on the driveway, and parking inside the garage is an option as well.
Visitor parking is also available.

Rooftop Patio - This is available for usage. All tenants are welcome to share this space.

The kitchen, living room, powder room, and washing machine will be shared amongst all tenants. The rooftop patio is also available for usage. Guests and pets are allowed. Should you choose to become a tenant, I will iron out the details of the rental agreement with you. These shared facilities are already furnished.
