I have one room available in the downstairs in a bungalow home close to McMaster university; walking distance.

I am looking for a responsible, clean, studious and kind FEMALE student studying at McMaster

The home already has 5 females in there so looking for one more female to join the group. The females are hard working, and kind.

Has two fridges, one full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and one kitchenette downstairs

Can start on September 1st: 8 month lease required. From sept 1 2024 to April 30th 2025

$650 a month. Includes washer, dryer, utilities, water, no internet (that is split amongst the students in the home). The room is not furnished.

Need proof of student ID, parent ID, first , last month’s deposits and cleaning deposit.
