Bus stop right outside the building, less than 10 minutes by bus ride to Algonquin/Baseline station/College Square. 5 minute walk to Walmart and Loblaws. Nearby restaurants and take out.

Monthly rent includes the following
- all utilities (hydro, electricity, heating)
- internet
- tenant is responsible for cleaning their own room
- fully furnished room: brand new bed, dresser closet, desk and fan unit (tenant must bring their own bedding)
- laundry room available in the basement of the building (common area). $2 per load
- no parking, if you wish to have parking you may inquire with other landlords in the building for renting a parking space
- shared bathroom and kitchen
- Minimum lease for 1 year

Tenant will be living alone for 3-4 months per year (winter months).

House/building rules:
- shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room
- be mindful to other person living in the condo
- advise of guests that will be coming over
- no pets
- no smokers
- no heavy noise after 11pm
