About a 10 minute drive and 15 minute bus ride from Trent. Multiple bus lines run less than a minute from the house as well ( 2, 3, 4, 9, 11, 23, ect )!
Utilities are included in the rent ( heat, hydro, electricity, wifi, etc ) a washer and dryer unit is installed in the house :)
