The home is very clean, quiet and cozy. There is a bus stop located a few steps away from the house so it is very convenient to get around. There is also a plaza nearby so you can get groceries easily at a walking distance. The room is furnished with a twin sized bed and a computer table. The washroom is shared with 3 other people who are renting the other rooms. Internet Cable and utilities are included in the rent price. The laundry room is located downstairs in the basement.
