Washer,dryer, hydro, and wifi are all included in the $800 price. We have two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. We have a kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. visitors and bike parking. Parking is an additional $20 a month. Theres a bus station 5 minute walk and a grocery store directly in front of the condo area. Walmart, costco and winners close by!!
