It’s a 1000 sq/ft two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and bathroom shared, laundry available in the building, resently renovated. All utilities are included in the price. A parking spot available for an additional $25/month (not sure ab the price, but I can ask my manager). No dogs allowed, maybe a cat if it’s sterile.
