Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease from October 2024 - May 2025 (with the option to renew at the end of the lease).

This room is the main bedroom of a co-ed home (4 bed, 1 bath) located at Caroline Street N and King (walking distance from Jackson Square). There are shared spaces on the main floor (living room, dining room, kitchen) and the bathroom. Onsite washer and dryer. One parking spot available. Easy access to bus stops (1, 5, 10, 51; GO Buses) and highways. Students and working professionals preferred.

Rent is $670 utilities ($75-100). Earliest move in date would be October 1st, last month of rent required. Room will be unfurnished but I am willing to sell the mattress if interested (Double, no bedframe, gently used with no stains - $100).
