Rental terms
Rooms are rented daily, weekly or monthly.
You provide your own bedding and meals, and take your turn cleaning the common areas.
House rules
I run a very clean, high-quality, no-nonsense house, and you’ll be expected to help keep it that way.
The house is smoke-free. You’re welcome to smoke outside.
Please don’t remove or tamper with the smoke alarms. They are checked regularly, and tampering is a safety hazard that may result in fines. We invite the fire marshal in periodically to do inspections.
Personal window A/C units and space heaters are not permitted without approval, and each carries a $50 per month charge.
Sorry, no pets, due to allergies.
Parking
Limited parking is available at $25 per month. Please ask when you call.
