We are very nice landlord with kids. We have a bedroom in 2nd floor for rent which share washroom with 1 person , walking closet, every thing is brand-new including floor, big window, bathroom, bed. We are looking for only 1 tenant ( not couple) who is nice, friendly, full-time working .The house is in prime location, close to highway 400, Cannada's Wonderland, Vaughan Mill mall, plaza, supper market, public transit, hospital and most beautiful nature tree neighbor hood.
If you are interesting, you can book to view it any time. The rent of $850 including utility, laundry, internet.
We need 1st and last month deposit and $200 security key deposit which will return to you when you return key and leave the room clean after finish the lease. 2 recent pay tubs, 2 bank statements and reference from previous landlord.
