Room for rent, on the main floor of Brentwood, near the University of Calgary. The main floor is occupied by me, a male in grad school, and another female grad student, while the basement is occupied by a female undergrad who is studying to be a vet, along with a dog and rabbit that primarily stays in the basement. We would ideally be looking for a student or someone who is fully employed to match our schedules. An addition of a dog is possible if it were to get along with the other dog and everyone else in the household. The room is not furnished, but we could assist in having it furnished. Rent includes everything, including parking at the front. We share the kitchen and living room, plus the bathroom which is primarily used by the woman on the main floor as I only use it for the shower because I have access to a half bathroom.
