Looking for a girl to take over the lease for my room. It is a large basement bedroom in a 6 bed, 2 bath, house. Your bathroom will be shared with 2 others. The house has living rooms upstairs and downstairs as well as a laundry room and a large deck. All the girls are very friendly and are mostly students. The house is LITERALLY steps away from Fanshawe College. Looking for someone to take over from August or September 1st - April 2025. Rental price is 800 a month all inclusive. There are two cats at the house.
