Looking for a roommate, male or female, to move into my place at Y Lofts in Peterborough starting as soon as May 1. I’d prefer a student, but I’m open to the right person either way.
The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom available, so you’d only need to furnish your own room. Rent is $1,160/month, but that’s negotiable, and everything is included.
Y Lofts is in a prime downtown location, so it’s super convenient. The bus stop is about a minute away, the downtown bus terminal is around an 8 minute walk, and groceries, restaurants, cafés, and other essentials are all close by. The building itself also has great amenities, including a rooftop gym, rooftop lounge/amenity room, rooftop terrace/patio, business centre, and secure access. It’s also right by City Hall and Confederation Park, so the location is one of the best parts of living here.
