Renting a room at the corner of Lakeshore and Hampton Heath. The room is currently occupied but I am looking fornsomeone who is looking to rent two to three months from now, ideally in December or January. First month's rent required ($1000) with a $200 deposit.

The room is 13' by 11' with a 2' by 8' closet space and a 2' by 4' entryway. The room already has a bed and side table. Parking included and transit avalable right outside the building.
