I am looking to rent out two rooms in a 3 bedroom townhouse near Carleton University. One room comes furnished with a queen bed, shelves and a dresser, and includes a private bathroom ($800/mo). The other comes furnished with a twin bed, shelves, and a dresser ($750/mo). All utilities internet are included, as well as an underground parking space and in-unit washer/dryer. No smoking indoors. The house is a 30 minute walk, 15 minute transit trip, 10 minute bike or 5 minute drive from campus. Parking space included, and pet friendly. This is a LGBTQ friendly household.
